This is what you get in the More version of this window (you use the More button to show it).

More Midi In Options.

Relay directlty from Midi In to Midi Out - no retuning or channel changing (check box) (Alt + E)

Ignore midi in Insturment changes (check box)

Use this if you want to change the instrumentation for the midi clip on playback...

One way to do this is to play it once to get the original instruments all showing in the Parts window, then unselect this option and change them to what you want, and play it again.

That works so long as it has a single instrument to each channel. You can't change the instrument used after instrument changes in a single channel in the original as this works by just ignoring all instrument changes throughout the file.

Ignore MIDI In velocity (treat as not touch sensitive) (check box) (Alt + V)

Use this if you want to change the instrumentation for the midi clip on playback...

Ignore MIDI In pitch bends / wheel (check box) (Alt + P)

Ignore any pitch bends in the file you are retuning...

Normally this is unselected, so that if the file has pitch swoops and glissandi in it, the retuned notes will get pitch inflected in the same way.

However, if the midi clip has already been retuned to some twelve equal temperament, say, you may wish to ignore the original tuning in order to try it out with other tunings. If so, select this to ignore the original tunings.

If you don't do this, Bounce Metronome will treat the pitch bends in the file as additional pitch bends on top of your desired tuning.

Show notes played from Midi In in score (check box) (Alt + W)

Quantise Midi In Notes to rhythm or metronome (check box) (Alt + Q)

When selected, notes from midi on or PC keyboard get played on next beat...

So your playing then will always be exactly in time with the metronome - but you have to play every beat slightly ahead of the metronome. It can only delay the notes you play, it can't anticipate them before they are played.
