VRML Viewpoints is freeware. It is used to make viewpoints for VRML scenes.
Download this file (right click on the link, + Save As).
VRML Viewpoints Installer [75 KB]
Save it wherever you like, say, the Windows\Temp directory.
find VRML_Viewpoints_Setup.exe and run it to install.
The setup is now complete, so you can delete the installer if you wish - or keep it for future use, whichever you like.

You can also download the smaller zip file, and make any desired shortcuts yourself.

It extracts to a folder "VRML Viewpoints" in the current directory.
